TAXISnet, AADE and e-EFKA services offline on 9–10 and 16–17 May 2025

The General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance (ΓΓΠΣΨΔ) of the Ministry of Digital Governance is upgrading its private database cloud infrastructure, as part of the ongoing improvement of the infrastructure and of the performance and security of the services it provides to citizens.

The upgrade will take place in two separate phases, on the following dates and times:

• Phase one: from Friday 9 May 2025 at 22:00 until Saturday 10 May 2025 at 10:00.
• Phase two: from Friday 16 May 2025 at 22:00 until Saturday 17 May 2025 at 09:00.

During these periods the following services will not be available:

• User authentication with TAXISnet credentials (gov.gr services, IDIKA (ΗΔΙΚΑ), the social security agency e-EFKA, and others).
• Services such as asset declarations (Πόθεν Έσχες), the Single Payment Authority, electronic fees (e-Παράβολο), and the web services the General Secretariat’s Interoperability Centre provides to public bodies.
• Tax administration services of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) and the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, such as TAXISnet, ICISnet, TAXIS, Elenxis, MIS and others.

According to the Ministry of Digital Governance’s announcement, “every possible effort will be made to finish the work earlier than scheduled, so that the impact of the services being unavailable is smaller”.
