Run it
Open the file. The app shows an ID number for your device.
Read us your ID
Read the ID number to our technician over the phone.
We connect
The technician connects and works while you watch, until the issue is solved.
You stay in control To confirm
You see everything
Everything the technician does is visible on your screen for the whole session.
End it any time
You can end the session with one click, or simply close the app.
Our own relay server
The connection runs through POLYMECHANO’s own secure relay server, not a third party’s.
Only with your ID
We connect only after you give us your ID yourself. Without it, there is no connection.
