POLYMECHANO at HORECA 2026

From Friday 13 to Monday 16 February 2026, POLYMECHANO was at HORECA 2026, Greece’s largest trade show for food service and hospitality, at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens. We were there on all four days, from opening to closing.

At our stand we showed food-service professionals everything a modern venue needs to work quickly and without interruptions:

• POS systems and cash registers for restaurants, cafés and bars, connected to myDATA and card payments
• self-service kiosks where guests order and pay themselves
• kitchen and bar printers and thermal receipt printers
• weighing systems for kitchens, pastry shops and delicatessens
• business software and remote support with Poly Remote

HORECA 2026 in brief

The show, organised by FORUM S.A., a member of the NürnbergMesse Group, brought together more than 500 Greek and international companies and was open to trade visitors only. This year it came back renewed, with three themed stages: the HORECA Business Lab on trends, artificial intelligence, automation and digital strategy, the SCA Greece coffee championships, and the Gastronomy Lab with live demonstrations by well-known chefs.

Digitalisation and automation at the till, in ordering and in the kitchen were among the most discussed topics, and that is exactly what we have been doing since 1986: helping businesses work more simply.
