Issuing invoices with the DATECS CTR-220 fiscal cash register

We are pleased to let you know that the DATECS CTR-220 fiscal cash register (ΦΤΜ) is now on sale with new software that also supports issuing invoices, in line with the instruction of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue (GGDE, Γ.Γ.Δ.Ε.) of 26 February 2016.

The GGDE points out that “cash registers and standalone fiscal processing units (ΑΔΗΜΕ) approved under the technical specifications of circular POL 1220/2012 are able to issue invoices or other wholesale documents, as this is stated explicitly in article 2.7.1 of chapter 2 of the Technical Specifications for fiscal electronic devices (ΦΗΜ) of POL 1220/2012”.

The same software can also upgrade CTR-220 fiscal cash registers already in use, so that they can issue invoices.
